Travel Services Policy

At Noble Beauty, we are pleased to offer travel services for special events within the New York and New Jersey areas. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking and utilizing our travel services.

 

Service Area

 

Travel Radius  

Our travel services are available within a 60-mile radius of the 07305 zip code, covering locations in New York and New Jersey. If you are unsure whether your location is within our service area, please contact us for confirmation before booking.

 

Extended Travel

Requests for travel outside the 60-mile radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional travel fees. Please inquire with our team for specific pricing and availability.

 

Booking and Deposits

 

Booking Process 

To book our travel services, a nonrefundable booking fee of $50.00 is required. This fee secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of services on the day of the event.

 

Advance Booking  

We recommend booking our travel services as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking fee.

 

Group Styling  

Our travel services are available for group styling, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 individuals. Group bookings are ideal for weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Please note that group styling is limited to hairstyling services only; hair installations are not provided on event booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. If cancellation occurs within this period, the booking fee will be forfeited. For cancellations made outside of the 72-hour window, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment, subject to availability.

 

Rescheduling 

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours' notice. In the event of rescheduling, your booking fee will be applied to the new appointment date. If rescheduling is requested within 72 hours of the event, a new booking fee may be required.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Preparation for Styling 

Clients are required to have their hair washed and ready for styling before the stylist's arrival. Hair should be clean and can be damp but not wet. If hair is not properly prepared, the stylist may not be able to achieve the desired results within the allocated time.

 

Restrictions  

Our stylists do not provide re-tightening of braided extensions or color services on-site. All custom-colored extensions or other specific hair requirements must be completed prior to the appointment. Clients are responsible for informing us of any special needs or requests during the booking process.

 

Consultations 

For clients who are unsure of their needs or would like to discuss their styling options in advance, consultations are available. A consultation fee may apply, and this will be discussed at the time of booking. Consultations are especially recommended for large events or complex styling requests.

 

Virtual Call 

After submitting the booking form, we will schedule a virtual call to go over all the details of your event and styling needs. This ensures that both the client and the stylist are fully aligned and prepared for the day of the event.

 

Event Day

 

Punctuality 

Please ensure that the event location is accessible and ready for the stylist to begin at the scheduled time. Delays due to client or venue issues may result in reduced styling time or additional fees.

 

Photographs and Media  

Unless otherwise agreed, Noble Beauty reserves the right to take photographs or videos of the styling process and final results for promotional purposes. If you are camera shy or prefer not to have your images used, please inform us during the booking process.
