Additionally, we provide group styling services for special occasions, ensuring everyone looks their best.

Appointments can be booked directly through our website. A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your total service cost.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you reschedule with proper notice, the fee will be applied to your new appointment date.

Yes, we offer exclusive travel hair styling services for events such as weddings and special occasions in New York and New Jersey. Our services cater to groups, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 people. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability and to discuss your specific needs.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment or event.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of hair extensions are final and non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@noblebeautys.com within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

Yes, local pickup is available at our Long Island City location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when you come to collect your items. Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
