Noble Beauty specializes in hair extensions, styling, and travel services for events.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of hair extensions are final and non-refundable. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or store credit.

Yes, we offer travel services covering New York and New Jersey. Our travel services include group styling for events like weddings and birthdays, with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 people.

Yes, local pickup is available at our Long Island City location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation when you come to collect your items.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We prefer to work with our own extensions. However, you can bring the extensions you desire.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment or event.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you reschedule with proper notice, the fee will be applied to your new appointment date.

Appointments can be booked directly through our website. A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your total service cost.
