Hair Extensions and Products
- Due to the nature of our small business,
*all sales of hair extensions are final and non-refundable.
We take great care in providing detailed descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchase.
- If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Service Deposits
- All deposits for services are non-refundable. These deposits secure your appointment and are deducted from the total cost of your service.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Return Exceptions
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used products.

Local Pickup

- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
