General Terms

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Service Availability

Our services, including hair extensions, styling, and event travel services, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Booking and Payments

Booking Process

All appointments and event bookings require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of services.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment or event.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment or event. If you fail to do so, your deposit will be forfeited.

Travel Services

Group Styling Limitations

For event bookings, we accommodate group styling for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 individuals. All styling services will be conducted on-site at your specified location.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must have their hair washed and ready for styling before the stylist's arrival. Hair can be damp but not wet. The stylist is not responsible for re-tightening braided extensions or providing color services on-site.

Hair Extensions and Products

Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our hair extensions and products. However, all sales of hair extensions are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

Custom Orders

Custom-colored extensions and other special orders must be completed prior to your appointment. We do not provide custom coloring on-site.

Consultations and Virtual Calls

Consultations

Consultations are available and, in some cases, required to determine the best services for your needs. There may be a fee for consultations, which will be discussed at the time of booking.

Virtual Calls

After submitting your booking form, a virtual call will be scheduled to discuss the details of your appointment or event. This call ensures that all expectations are aligned and that we can deliver the best possible service.

Liability

Personal Belongings

Noble Beauty is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your appointment or event.

Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect the services provided. We reserve the right to refuse service if it poses a risk to the client or stylist.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership

All content, including images, text, and branding on our website, is the intellectual property of Noble Beauty. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this content is prohibited.
